I most definitely recommend going to Dr. Benjamin Caughlin for any face surgeries. In my case, I decided to do a chin/neck lipo surgery with a small implant and skin tightening. The surgery went smoothly and his team went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt taking care of. The following days I was reasonably swollen but after a week and half I started to see changes. So far I'm impressed with it all and I can't wait to see how i look 3 to 6 months from now. Dr. C is the BEST of the best. I came to see him wanting one thing - something had been "off" about my face my whole life but I'd never known what it was. He printed out pictures of my face, sat down with me, and within minutes had changed my entire perspective on my appearance and how to get the results I wanted. I was blown away by how he immediately knew exactly how to work my specific anatomy to get the look I was going for. He is an absolute savant.
The process was comfortable, professional, and enjoyable all the way through - the entire office staff is SO friendly and I felt everyone was completely invested in my results. Shoutout to Jeanene especially for being so sweet and helpful! Throughout the entire process, I didn't feel a moment's anxiety, concern, or uncertainty. From the very first consultation I knew I was in good hands.
I'm 2 days out from surgery and although I'm swollen, the result exceeds my wildest expectations. I almost cried when I went for my post-op check up and they removed my head wrap. I’m so happy with my chin implant and buccal fat removal a year later. It has fully settled in and looks completely natural. The swelling is long gone, and the shape is exactly what I hoped for, subtle but really enhancing my profile. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and definitely worth it. Highly recommend this doctor! Just look at the before and after pics!

Dr. Caughlin is the best! He is a talented surgeon with attention to detail and the best outcome. He spent time with me to ensure I was comfortable with my procedure which was a sneaky lift plus, chin implant, fat transfer and a Morpheus micro-needling treatment. After doing almost a year of research and consultations, I chose Dr. Caughlin and his team to transform my face(Sneaky Lift) that was starting to show age that I wasn’t ready to live with. I am currently at the five week mark and could not be happier.
