I love Shah Aesthetics! Everytime I leave I feel refreshed and a better version of myself. The staff is always on point and super helpful. When I explain my vision they know exactly what to do. I receive Botox, filler, laser, and also do facials. I definitely recommend them! They do an amazing job and so friendly on top of it.

I have been thinking about getting my nose done since I was about 16 and I am thrilled that I chose Dr. Shah to be the one to fix it. It has only been a month since my surgery and my nose already looks great. I had very minimal bruising and had no bruises 1.5 weeks post-op. Besides Dr.Shah all of the girls at the office are so great - easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about any and all procedures! 100% recommend

I wanted to leave an honest review because I think both the positives and negatives are important.
Dr. Shah is a skilled surgeon, and I believe many of his patients are happy with the quality of his work. Unfortunately, the office experience has been consistently frustrating enough that it has changed my willingness to return.
The biggest issue is punctuality. Running 10 or 15 minutes behind is understandable, but this office routinely runs 30, 40, and even 60 minutes late. This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s happened to me repeatedly.
On one occasion, an alarm went off during my visit, and I believe it distracted Dr. Shah. I was left sitting alone in the exam room for over an hour because my appointment was apparently forgotten. Today, despite intentionally building extra time into my schedule because I expected a delay, he was running so far behind that I eventually had to leave in order to get to work. As I was walking out, another patient also left upset after waiting over an hour for her consultation, so it was clear this wasn’t an isolated occurrence.
What was especially disappointing is that today’s appointment was my one-year post-operative follow-up. I wanted to discuss some ongoing concerns I have about my surgical outcome and whether there were options to improve them. Instead, I never got the opportunity because the appointment never happened.
To the office’s credit, they did call afterward and offered to reschedule me, and I appreciate that effort. However, it’s difficult to feel confident rescheduling when the underlying scheduling issue hasn’t changed.
I genuinely believe Dr. Shah has the talent to be one of the premier facial plastic surgeons in Chicago and the Midwest. His technical ability isn’t what concerns me. The problem is the chronic inability to stay on schedule, inconsistent follow-up, and the feeling that patients’ time isn’t being respected. I was actually considering returning to him for another procedure, but after several experiences like this, I’ve decided to look elsewhere.
If the practice could improve its scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time, I think it would dramatically improve the overall patient experience.

I had such an amazing experience with my rhinoplasty. I experienced no pain no bruising or swelling. Everyone there took such great care of me before during and after. I absolutely love my results and have had 0 complications after. I have referred Dr. Shah to so many of my friends and have showed them my results and everyone loves them and says it looks so natural.
