Natalie was very personable and thorough. During our consultation she took the time to explain the procedure and follow ups. During the procedure she explained step by step what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She also called me the day after the procedure to check in on me.

Whole Beauty Institute is amazing! I’ve been receiving treatments there for over a decade and they have made fantastic improvements to my skin tone and appearance. Dr. Cook and staff are always incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to listen to you and they have the latest treatments and equipment and are experts at treating all types of skin issues. Joy is absolutely amazing and really takes the time to talk to me about what my skin needs, and recommends the best products and treatments. They are the best!
