Natalie was very personable and thorough. During our consultation she took the time to explain the procedure and follow ups. During the procedure she explained step by step what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She also called me the day after the procedure to check in on me.

Joy is amazing and so knowledgeable! She made sure everything was tailored to my skin’s needs. My skin felt refreshed, smooth and was glowing afterward!! Love it !

Dr. Cook and all the staff, including Natalie, Joy, Beth and Gigi are highly competent, kind and professional. I have had Botox, Morpheus, facials, etc. Everything turned out great. I see Natalie regularly and always have a a great experience! I highly recommend this office.
