As an East Asian woman, I initially considered traveling to Asia for rhinoplasty because I wanted a surgeon who would preserve my ethnic features while making subtle refinements to my nose—such as smoothing the small bump on my bridge and improving the symmetry of my nostrils. However, I decided to schedule a few consultations in Chicago since having surgery close to home would make follow-up appointments and recovery much more convenient.
From my very first consultation, Dr. Sinno made me feel heard. He took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve, offered thoughtful and realistic guidance, and showed me examples of patients with similar goals and features. I left feeling confident that he understood my vision and was the right surgeon for me.
Now, 8 months post-op, I couldn’t be happier with my results. My nose looks exactly the way I had hoped—natural, subtle, and beautifully balanced while still looking unmistakably like my nose. It preserves both my Asian features and my family resemblance. In fact, someone in Asia recently commented that my mom and I have very similar noses, completely unaware that I’d had rhinoplasty while my mom had not. To me, that was the ultimate compliment and exactly the outcome I wanted. Keep in mind, Dr. Sinno has never met my mother, so it’s even more amazing how he managed to maintain features unique to my family.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sinno to anyone considering rhinoplasty, especially fellow Asian patients who want to refine their nose without losing the features that make them look like themselves. The only reason I’m not posting before-and-after photos is because I’d like to remain anonymous and prefer that people in my personal life not discover my rhinoplasty through an online review.

From my very first consultation to my final follow-up appointment, my experience with Dr. Sinno and the entire team has been nothing short of exceptional.
Choosing to have breast surgery is a huge decision, and I wanted a surgeon who would truly listen to my goals while making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Dr. Sinno exceeded every expectation. He took the time to answer every question, explain the procedure in detail, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
The results are beyond anything I could have imagined. My breasts look incredibly natural, balanced, and beautifully suited to my body. I had a long time issue with a rhinoplasty done in the early 2000’s by a different surgeon. It bothered me for 25 years. Dr. Sinno could not have done a better job fixing the problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the results.
He spent a ton of individual time with me going over the procedure I would have and understanding what my ideal results were without promising me something unrealistic. Yet the results are mind blowingly amazing.
His whole office, the reception, the nurses, office manager, etc, are incredibly professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate in recommending him to family and friends.

Dr. Sammy Sinno performed an abdominoplasty on me last February 2025 for my 60th Birthday and what a gift it was!! You can’t imagine how perfect it turned out. I provided pictures for proof. Choosing Dr. Sammy Sinno was one of the best decisions I've made. He's that rare combination of incredibly skilled surgeon and genuinely thoughtful human. He listened, set realistic expectations, and somehow managed to create exactly what I wanted: a nose that doesn't look "done"—it just looks like it always belonged on my face.
His team was wonderful throughout the entire process, and I always felt informed, supported, and in exceptionally good hands.
The highest compliment I can give? No one asks who did my nose. They just tell me I look great, and that's exactly what I was hoping for.
