I am one month post-op with Dr. Lorri Cobbins and I could not be happier with the results. Even one day post-op I felt like she had done an incredible job and I knew that it was going to heal just fine. The entire process has been so painless with Dr. Cobbins, and she has put me at ease every step of the way. Her bedside manner is amazing, she's extremely easy to talk to, and she and her staff are extremely attentive and communicative via email.
Cannot recommend her and her team enough. If you're considering it, reach out to them!

I want to take a moment to express how satisfied I am with Dr. Braithwaite and his team at The Aesthetic Institute of Chicago. I traveled from DTX for a gynecomastia revision with liposuction after not getting the results I wanted from a previous surgeon, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From my pre-op appointment through my first post-op visit, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The nurses and CRNA were excellent—thorough, attentive, and focused on making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
Dr. Braithwaite truly stands out. He took the time to understand my concerns and goals, worked with me to create a plan we both felt confident in, and treated me like an individual—not just another patient. My results have been outstanding, and it’s clear why he’s so highly sought after for this procedure. Dr. B, you are the man!
I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for not only delivering amazing care but also making my trip to Chicago a great experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Everything you’ve heard about Dr. B is true. He's great. He makes you feel right at home and makes sure the job gets done right. He's a pro.
I thanked him after the surgery for taking such good care of me for such an incredible price. He said he likes helping people out. He's a really good guy. im forever in his debt. Incredible doctor. I'm very happy i came here.

Dr Cobbins is sweet.
But my issue was I heard that she does NOT do gynecomastia with skin removal with free nipple graft (since I have grade 3 gyno). So when I called the office to confirm if they do skin removal the receptionist stated she does (she confirmed with me twice). When I get there Dr. Cobbins told me she would not do skin removal. It would have saved me $100 consultation fee if the receptionist could have just known this.
Second issue was that I was quoted $10,650 for my Lipo 360. While another person who was bigger than me was quoted $6,200 (both back in 2024). If there is a good reason I would like to know why and I will revise my review but for now I have to remove a star for it.
I would say for grade 1 or 2 gyno go with their office, but for grade 3 and 4, avoid them.
