I recently had gynecomastia surgery and liposuction performed by Dr. Marc Adajar, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Dr. Adajar is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but he also truly understands the emotional and mental side that comes with these procedures. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most to me was his level of compassion and genuine care for his patients. You never feel rushed or treated like just another number. He understands that gynecomastia and body image issues can affect confidence and mental well-being, and he approaches every patient with professionalism, empathy, and understanding.
His surgical knowledge and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the procedure, and the follow-up care has been outstanding. The fact that he even offers weekend follow-ups after surgery shows the level of dedication he has to his patients and their recovery. That kind of commitment is hard to find today.

I cannot recommend Dr. Adajar and his staff enough! If you are looking to have your gynecomastia issues permanently resolved, Dr. Adajar and his team at XSculpt are who you need. I developed gynecomastia during puberty, and since then, I struggled with self-esteem and confidence issues. My closet and wardrobe were filled with oversized T-shirts, compression undershirts, and flannel jackets. I used to dream of the day when the weather dropped below 70 degrees, so I'd have an excuse to cover up my chest. Summer was the worst time of the year. Then I met Dr. Adajar!
The first time I met with Dr. Adajar was my initial inspection. He thoroughly reviewed my gynecomastia and concluded that I was a candidate for the surgery. He carefully and thoughtfully explained the condition, the pre-op requirements, how the surgery would be performed, the post-op requirements, and was not pushy to schedule the procedure. What's more, he gave me his personal number and told me to text him at any time if I had questions, concerns, or needed his expert advice.
In addition to his clear explanation of the procedure, his team sent me documents that explained the pre-op requirements, the procedure itself, and post-op care. The surgery was quick, painless, and an outpatient procedure, so I was able to drive myself to and away from his office after the surgery was completed! The recovery was a breeze. We scheduled several post-op checkups to monitor the healing process.
My self-confidence is at an all-time high, and soon after the surgery, I went shirtless in public for the first time in 15 years!!!

My experience at XSculpt has been incredible. Dr Adajar is caring, knowledgeable, and an expert of his craft.
I had very large glandular breast tissue that developed over the course of puberty. I have not worn a T-shirt in public without also wearing incredibly thick sweatshirts, flannels, and jackets to hide from the embarrassment of the appearance of my chest. I dreaded summer every year because I knew I would be miserably hot due to the need to wear such thick clothing to hide it.
My gynecomastia removal surgery took about an hour, was painless, and recovery has been simple with no complications. Dr Adajar removed 100% of the gland and contoured my chest beautifully, you would never be able to tell anything was ever there. He regularly follows up to ensure things are going smoothly.
I’m finally able to wear thin clothes and shirts confidently and proudly. This procedure is the best money I’ve ever spent.

From the initial consult, to the operating table, to the aftercare; Dr Marc Adajar was very professional, informative, relatable, and available.
For me this was my third time on the operating table for gyno (1st surgery and a correction with a different company, followed by regrowth due to improperly managed TRT by a PA). The prior surgery could be described as just trimming the gyno tissue. I was very stressed due to the regrowth, of having to go through it all over again, and concerned it would just come back again later. Dr. Adajar is one of the few, in fact maybe the only, gyno surgeons I have come across who removes the entirety of the gyno tissue and then does a custom fat grafting solution to prevent the concave look. He was also able to explain his reasoning, was very confident with this approach, and elaborated on why other gyno surgeons still remain put off by the full removal. Dr. Adajar’s complete removal, paired with his warranty, made choosing X-Sculpt a no brainer.
I will also note, I flew in for this treatment from out of state, so my aftercare was virtual. During my recovery I had to manage a seroma (basically excess swelling). Dr. Adajar was readily available and provided the necessary guidance which left me feeling confident in managing this slight complication.
If I was to go back in time, I would have chosen Dr. Adajar from the beginning of my gyno-surgery journey.
