Dr. Rosett performed a tummy tuck and back lift on me just last week after significant weight loss. I am beyond happy with the results so far. I have typical swelling but the incisions are clean, even, symmetrical, and already healing. Dr. Rosett has called every day to check in and making sure I’m feeling ok. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Rosett. I met with other surgeons before finding Dr. Rosett, but once I had my consultation with him, I canceled the rest. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and involved in every step of the process—from the first consultation to all of the follow-up care. You’re never passed off to someone else, which made a huge difference, especially during recovery.

I scheduled and paid a $50 non-refundable consultation fee to see Dr. Rosett for a specific skin staining issue that my dermatologist referred as outside their scope.
During the appointment, Dr. Rosett stated there was nothing he could do for the concern I came in for and advised me to return to my dermatologist.
Despite this, he then shifted the consultation to an unrelated cosmetic recommendation, telling me I should consider a breast lift because my breasts were “sagging.” This comment was unsolicited, unrelated to my visit, and never raised by me. I am 27 years old, not overweight, have small breasts, and did not ask for, or consent to, any evaluation of my breasts.
Once it was clear my original concern would not result in a procedure, the consultation appeared to pivot toward finding something else to sell, rather than providing appropriate medical guidance.
Suggesting that a 27-year-old woman requires a breast lift, when she did not raise any concern about her breasts and presented for a completely unrelated medical issue- is grossly inappropriate and ethically troubling. This type of unsolicited cosmetic commentary creates unnecessary body insecurity, particularly in young women, and has no place in a medical consultation. Using a patient encounter to introduce a sexualized cosmetic “problem” solely to generate revenue reflects a predatory, sales-first mindset rather than legitimate medical care. This interaction crossed professional boundaries, demonstrated poor ethical judgment, and is behavior patients should be explicitly warned about.
